Melissa Fraser
Head of School
After completing her student teaching at Crosspoint, Mrs. Fraser earned her Master of Education with a credential in Educational Administration and served eight years as Crosspoint's elementary Principal before moving to the head of school role. Every morning you will find her in the parking lot greeting her students with hugs and high-fives and singing her "good morning song". The students then sing it back to her! Building community is her goal, and she loves partnering with parents and getting to know the Crosspoint families.
Donna Beaver
Principal, Poulsbo
Mrs. Beaver has over 22 years of teaching and administrative experience and a Master of Education Administration and Supervision. She loves to hear the stories her elementary students tell, and you can often find her in her office having a special lunch with them. Cultivating a high-quality teaching team and supporting their efforts to integrate biblical truths into their classrooms is her passion.
Ellen BaxterAssistant Principal, Bremerton
Mrs. Baxter has a long-standing connection to the school, attending from 4th-12th grade when it was Bremerton Christian School, teaching when it became King’s West, and returning after raising her children as Crosspoint. She holds a bachelor’s in education from Central Washington University (1993), a College Counselor Certificate from UC San Diego (2022), and a Principal's Certificate from the Association of Christian Schools International (2024). With over 30 years of K-12 teaching and counseling experience, Mrs. Baxter is deeply committed to the Crosspoint community. A lifelong learner, she enjoys thrifting, hiking, and spending time with her grown children. She finds joy in worshipping Jesus through song and looks forward to singing to Him for eternity.
Theresa SupelanaAssistant Principal, Bremerton
Mrs. Supelana earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Western Washington University in 2004, an M.A. in Teaching Mathematics Education (Secondary) from Western Governors University in 2020, and a Principal Post-Masters Graduate Certificate from Eastern Washington University in 2024. With one year of administration experience, seven years of professional teaching, and seven years of homeschooling, Mrs. Supelana has been a valued part of the Crosspoint family since 2020. She loves that Crosspoint allows God to be at the center of all relationships and learning. Outside of school, she enjoys beekeeping, soccer, spending time with her family, and riding her motorcycle.
Lindsay NorvellExecutive Assistant
Mrs. Norvell serves as the Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Crosspoint Christian School. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Liberty University, which she earned in 2011. Originally from Nevada, Lindsay also lived in Iowa before relocating to Washington four years ago. Upon moving, she quickly became a valued member of the Crosspoint family. Outside of her role at the school, Lindsay enjoys reading, traveling, and cheering on her kids and husband during their soccer games.
